Your data resides in the secure vaults, located either on premise or in the cloud.

All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption before it is sent to MetaLocker, and only participants in the data sharing transaction are able to decrypt the data.

The data storage layer ensures the permanence and immutability of data, making it a trusted and verifiable system of record, with explicit evidence of ownership, access rights and consent.

Only participants in a data sharing transaction can gain access to data, or verify that data was shared. All data sharing, augmentation, derivation and modification will be included in an immutable chain of provenance.

Should you need to prove that a data sharing transaction took place, MetaLocker offers the opportunity to provide cryptographic evidence to interested third parties, such as regulators or legal counsel.

MetaLocker framework combines disjointed data sets into a global, versioned knowledge graph using a layered, identity-centric data model. This ensures that data quality improves naturally over time, as more and more information about particular data subjects becomes available.
